Good moral confidence is an advantage in life. Lack of steadiness doesn't mean you are doll or dumb but you need the skills and learn how to be confident about yourself for early implementation.
1. Get Out Of Your Head and understand that Nobody cares about you as much as they care about themselves. Life is something where everyone has a personal struggle and is more concentrated on fighting them. Thus, if you care much about those around your dreams might be distracted.
2. Employ a Personal Model. Use someone else as basis to improvement at always imitate with limitation. Become Someone Else I don’t mean that you should use someone else’s style of dress or speak the way they speak but make them a short time models while seculating your introverted mind above your height. Behave like someone you'd like to behave like. Choose people confidence naturally without any drug but overtly cocky sort of way one dictates a secret negativity. Your model does not have to be a celebrity or someone in a movie, there are many gentle, lovely and charming people around you who can outway those on TV. If possible you should be closer to those you admire for more identification in an introspective way.
3. Limited Discomfort. Place Yourself In Situations That Make You Uncomfortable and practice how you could tackle it's effect confidently for a reason. Become a thinker by adopting a self-talk when you're alone.
4. Confidence grows when you stretch yourself. If you can sing it'll be more easy to get off your comfort zone but mingling with colleagues with different interest could be so fascinating wilt above your brim. Do things you lack much experience about. No one will bother about staring for making such fun.
5. Start taking risks. If you don't take risk you better start now! Solemnly, taking risk is the best way to impove my own personal confidence. Risk is fun while scary in some manner where success always gives awesome outcome.
6. Don't use drugs as a Crutch or you will always need it. I've meet many guys who attempted snugling to gain confident about themselves. While it works well, it involves "addiction" that won't be easy to get over it either, less confident situation might be worser than normal if you missed it for sometimes. Someone said "drinking alcohol is like breaking your confidenc leg" and it is true to extent that you re-break those legs on every drink.
7. List natural abilities and talents. I gained more confidence in myself if I remembered my ability or what I can do that many people can't. Learn about opportunities you have that many people lack. Don't focus on those parts of individuality which focuses on flawless effects. Find some natural passion by recognizing what you enjoy doing most. Do them in a personal way in order to extract the best out of them. Always accept compliment, for you deserve it. Be self assertive in a skillful way -- don't be overbearing or people will misjudge you to surefoot your endeavor.
8. Confident in Body Weight. Careless about how you look. Eat moderately and do not overload yourself with too much weight. Get enough excersis and concentrate on only balanced diet.
9. Emotional Maintainance. In order to be confident you must adjust your emotional any performance. Confidence comes from within and no comfort without self reflection -- value your statues and diffidently research the basis of any emotional abuse.
10. Don't Hide Your Confidence. My first concentrated mistake about my body comfort is hiding behind the crowd. I'm still regretting this behaviour, but atleast I've known the effect. Show what you can and celebrate them with people interested. The best comfort comes from appearance and every appearance has something admirable. Short, tall, dark among the white skinned, etc. are both litigations that distracts ones confidence but also admirable when everything stands out. So consider that if you're like everyone else, you won't get the chance to focus on what life has meant to be. Enjoy everything unique trait about yourself and be more proud about it.
11. Adjust your Posture. This is the last and easiest step. Maintain a straight body posture as it helps when deep-creating to gain more confident about yourself. Don't compare yourself with any person or your run might be ruined. Always expect good from yourself and so it would be unto you. Always believe in your inner voice because you are the best of your best wishes.
